“The guy working the register was pretty fast. I bought like two bottles of water and this shirt with a tuxedo graphic on it. I was busy thinking about how cool this new shirt is when the cashier says, "Sir, that will be 13.49." I didn't even have the time to pull out my wallet, and this guy started telling a joke. It went something like this: "so there were two hunters, Cletus and Bob, and they were hunting deer. So Cletus missed his shot and accidentally shot bob. He was freaking out and called 911. before the operator could even speak, Cletus yelled, "operator, I accidentally shot my friend." The operator, trying to stay calm, said, "Is he dead?" There was a long pause, then a gunshot, then bob said, "now he is." I didn't catch the cashiers name, but the joke was pretty funny. Customer service was ok, the store was ok, the shirt is cool.”

She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule after a serious medical issue with needed 1 on 1 time. Pooja listens and more importantly, remembers and adapts to your feedback. You are not just a number to Pooja. She was always friendly and eager to help me see improvement. Kenny Biggs was great as well, always engaging and helpful. Many interns over the summer (Gabe!) helping out were all pleasant to work with. Regarding the review about not following COVID mask protocols. In my experience, masks were on 100% of the time. Interns would diligently wipe down EVERYTHING I touched. Never saw a single exception.”

“Let me just say this the company will racially profile you if your African American . I guess you don’t find a lot of my kind in the yeti section. One of the staff who had an odor of smoke , slender , brown hair and beard is just horrible. Followed me all the way to the front because he assumed I was going to steal from him . I let my clerk know when I was checking out , I think her name was Jaylah if I am not mistaken. She was probably the only staff member there that was sincere about the situation . I applaud her for her such astonishing amount of empathy she felt for me . The only good thing I could remember about my event”
