“If Skillman Home Depot ever goes to war I will put on an orange apron and ride at dawn with them. I love this Home Depot (specifically the garden department) so much it’s unhealthy and I should probably talk to a therapist. I had the BEST interaction today. I was looking at a clearance patio table and a worker shouted across the store, “How much is that?” I thought, ‘It beats me I don’t work here’ and he shouted, “look at the yellow tag” and I shouted back “29” and he shouted, “how much are you willing to pay?” Life has really not prepared me for this situation at 8 am on a Sunday and I thought the correct answer was “29”. I was wrong. He chirped back, “Will you take it for 20? I’ve got five Christmas trucks coming in this week and we need the summer stuff cleared out.” We bantered back and forth a few times and he was having so much fun and you could tell he loved The Depot even more than I do. Long story short I now have a table I didn’t really want, but it’s suddenly my favorite little blue table. I will always look at it and think about what exceptional customer service looks like; deviating from the script of mundane interactions and taking a moment to have a special and fun interaction with a customer while accomplishing the goal. It made my weekend an absolute delight. Home Depot already gets a chunk of each pay-check I get, but do I need to re-write my will and give them my first born? At this point we’re basically family. Thank you Home Depot for being yourself. Also, PS, I hate orange - so that orange apron I’ll wear for you is really saying something.”

“Love coming here for lunch when feeling a nice salad. I don't usually change what I order at particular places so I'm a salad bar guy. The veggies are always fresh I don't I've ever stop here and had a bad experience. The salad bar is kept clean the fountain drinks area is always clean the whole restaurant is very well kept. Highly recommend this place A++++”

“We had the pleasure of visiting Best Buy and had a pleasant experience. As we were driving up to the building we noticed a few handicapped parking spaces close to the door. As we were walking around the inside of the building there was remodeling going on however we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. “This store is located at lower level. Ample parking spaces. Be careful to drive at the parking lot as it’s underground. Since it’s wholesale, items are in inexpensive. Better to check big appliances online and compare prices. This store was well managed and clean. Check out staffs were quick at scanning items and checking out. The place was also not extremely packed compared to the Walmart upstart.”

“Great company. They are very dependable. They said it would take two weeks for the glass to be cut and installed (it could be two days less or more). It was two days less. They were very professional and did quality work. The original company I hired to have shower doors installed were horrible and had already taken a month and a half with no end in site. Obviously I ended my contract with them and then called Framless Shower Doors. I am so glad I did.”

“The guy working the register was pretty fast. I bought like two bottles of water and this shirt with a tuxedo graphic on it. I was busy thinking about how cool this new shirt is when the cashier says, "Sir, that will be 13.49." I didn't even have the time to pull out my wallet, and this guy started telling a joke. It went something like this: "so there were two hunters, Cletus and Bob, and they were hunting deer. So Cletus missed his shot and accidentally shot bob. He was freaking out and called 911. before the operator could even speak, Cletus yelled, "operator, I accidentally shot my friend." The operator, trying to stay calm, said, "Is he dead?" There was a long pause, then a gunshot, then bob said, "now he is." I didn't catch the cashiers name, but the joke was pretty funny. Customer service was ok, the store was ok, the shirt is cool.”

“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kornmann. Several doctors referred me to Glaucoma Assoc. and specifically another doctor there. He was not available for weeks so I said anyone would do, as I have heard they were all good. Now I'm glad it worked out that way. Dr. Kornmann did my duo surgery and so far all the follow ups have shown all is well. Besides being a great surgeon, she is always very attentive in the office, takes her time to talk to me and listen, explains clearly, I can tell my eyes are in good hands from here on out with her taking care of them. Her stall is also top notch. Always friendly and professional. Never a long wait, and the few times I have called with questions, someone always calls me back in a timely fashion.”
