“I normally don't review doctors, Dr. Simpson deserves it. He sure is someone I would trust my life with. First let me tell you a little bit about my experience, I was referred to Dr. Simpson by the emergency room on a Tuesday night. I called the office Wednesday morning and they got me In by Friday! This was the first point I was extremely happy with them, if you're reading this I'm sure you know back pain is awful I was expecting a wait of a week or two. After speaking with the front desk and setting up my appointment they briefed me on the best way to get there and where to park, the nice lady also sent the paperwork over email which really helped. She gave me the option to come in an hour early to fill the paperwork out or do it online. The paperwork really does take an hour! “I had the trial in August and the permanent done the last week of September. I wanted to be completely healed before leaving my feedback. Hilary was my initial contact and took care of everything from start to finish, she is awesome. My insurance is still pending but everything Hilary has told me has been accurate, so I am positive it will all work out. Dr. Will and his team were wonderful from the trial to the permanent procedure. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical team treated me with the utmost respect. Most of the pre-visits occur over the phone, which again the staff was great. The follow-up calls as well. Now the recovery, which we all know not everyone recovers or deals with pain the same. My recovery was slow and painful BUT it was worth it! I have experienced migraine headaches 12-16 a month and if not a migraine then a daily headache EVERY day of my life, so the recovery was well worth it. Its been 1 month 4 days since my permanent procedure and I have had 3 mild and 1 moderate headache !!!! Now with that being said, I am still experiencing some discomfort in my neck and chest area (where the battery pack is) but again, it's well worth it. So I totally give Plano Surgical Center, Dr. Will, Cher, his staff and Hilary a thumbs up! Thank you for this amazing procedure. I do want to thank the Lord above because without him none of this would be possible.”

“Time for an update. It's been two years since I went to Dr. Dao and my life has drastically changed for the better. People still think I've had knee surgery but I have not. She and her staff continue to do and be their best. I walk like normal people now and exercise all the time. I can sleep without pillows,I don't use any pain pills or creams. “I like Dr Sanders a lot. His office is very well organized and punctual. I usually never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken in, and everything is accomplished within the allotted 1 hour appointment for my annual checkup. The way the staff are organized, I'm rarely waiting for more than 10 minutes to be seen by someone for each step of the checkup. His staff are personable and efficient, and he often has student doctors or physician assistants doing part of the checkup, which is an efficient use of their time and his. As a doctor he's personable and no nonsense, listens well, and obviously remains enthusiastic about his profession, keeping up with the latest medical news and procedures.”
