“A great big THUMBS UP and THANK YOU to Lt. Roe and Jose of Dallas Fire Station #12 for calming my nerves and easing my fears today. My husband left a pretty full propane tank sitting out in the backyard. While I was back there enjoying the dog, the darn thing went "POP!" My dog and I both ran for cover but nothing else happened other than the oozing of gas fumes. This didn't seem like a reason to call 911, so I drove the 0.3 miles to our nearest station. After sharing my mini- adventure, they explained what was likely going on with the tank and that we were likely not in danger of it blowing up. They offered to come over and make sure it was off. Yay! I figured they'd come within the hour, at their leisure. Not at all. They were at my house within a minute of my own arrival! Turned out the thing had a mild leak. They related it under a shady tree and out of direct sunlight. My husband will return it and get a non-leaky one. So all's well that ends well! Our family is very appreciative. Thanks to the entire team!”

“Might be the cleanest Walmart I've ever been to! Even on a busy Sunday afternoon, everything is being stocked and organized by the associates. The produce section was impressively well stocked as well, with fresh fruit coming to the floor as fast as it was leaving in carts. The lines were long as expected, but their team looked to be moving as quickly as possible to get customers in and out. If only the Supercenter closer to where I like operated like this one!”

Tmobile is foolish if they don't push him higher up as soon as possible if I were making hires id try to poach dude right there. I want Kendrick managing every TMobile I ever have to go into again. For real tho go to the shop if you don't believe me, I have never in my life seen a telecoms outlet managed that tightly I was in and out in five minutes, worrying I was about to be stuck out an hour or two because of this complicated nonsense situation with my billing but nope, he respected my time more than I do like wow I need to reevaluate. Really the most impressive customer service experience in my entire pitiful life. 10/10 that's a real one.”
