“Texas Paint on Lovers Lane is wonderful. They carry the top designer paints of Benjamin Moore and Fine Paints of Europe. From the manager, assistant manager, design consultant to all colleagues on staff, this place is the most professional and helpful paint store ever. Brenda Bond, Decorating Specialist, provided an affordable 90 minute interior and exterior consultation at our home. Her advice was perfect, and she even sent shutter style : color recommendations by text over Thanksgiving. Then she arranged almost a complete rebate of her design fee when we purchased the paint. Our project was complicated. Shannon Wolf and Ryan spent a great deal of time explaining which prep products would give us the best results. Everything worked together to create the magic we hoped for. Their Historical Paint Collection works beautifully on older homes. We had our painter bid for the work only so we could purchase the highest quality paint from the store of our choice. The paint is much prettier than the previous so-called match by another company store. This is the only paint store we will ever use. So many designers post Benjamin Moore paint colors on Pinterest. Glad we did not compromise. Plus now we know about Fine Paints of Europe. LOVE THIS STORE!”

“"Traci and her team are absolutely amazing. We found her when we were getting ready to do a BIG remodel on a 6800 square foot 1990's house in a great neighborhood in West Plano. Traci and her team managed our entire project-including helping us find a builder to handle the construction work. We met every week for an hour through the project to monitor progress, make decisions on pieces and parts, and to discuss problems that had come up during the remodel. When we walked in after remodel, paint furniture, fixtures, door knobs, furniture...every detail was done, we literally cried. For the first time in our lives, we live in "our home". We have had houses before, but Traci made it "ours". I can't explain how wonderful it is to walk into your home, pour a cup of coffee, and feel like someone designed a house around you and your family. “This review is way over due (like 4 years). Four years ago, after we had just settled my mom's estate, I decided to use some of the money towards a piano. There was never money or room in our house growing up for one. I began taking lessons in 2007 using a Yamaha digital keyboard and every time I spoke with mom on the phone, she always asked me how my lessons were going. My piano teacher suggested that I look into a hybrid piano since I liked the digital aspects but wanted the feel of a traditional piano. I stopped by Piano Gallery the Sunday following the Memorial Day weekend. There were cars in the parking lot but the door was locked so I called the store's number and Bob answered. He said they were closed that day (there was a private event) but asked me if I would be willing to wait a few minutes and he would be right there. Bob arrived within 5 minutes. I told Bob I was thinking about a hybrid and he showed me the Casio Calviano GP-500. Bob patiently walked me through the construction and features and played it so I could hear the sound. The retail was $6000, Piano Gallery was selling it for $5,000 but Bob agreed to take my Yamaha in for a $500 trade in and luckily, there was a $500 promotion. I emailed my piano teacher for his feedback (he said go for it) and midweek, I came in with my headphone and had a practice run with piano. Finally, I came in on Saturday and purchased the piano. Bob arranged to have it delivered that same day. This piano is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I play I nearly everyday and I think the quality of my playing has improved quite a bit because it has the sound and feel of a traditional piano. I am able to practice with my headphones during the work day (my husband works at home). I am also able to easily record songs using either MIDI or WAV format (USB drive). Thanks Bob! Sue”

“We needed windows installed in staff office doors at the church where I am the facility manager. They came right out and saw what we needed and gave me a quote that I thought was very fair. When the window inserts came in they called me to schedule the installation and the crew that came out was very professional. They made a mistake on one door but immediately told me about it and we were able to find a spare door to use that day. The next day they called me up and asked me what configuration I wanted the replacement door without me even asking and today they delivered it all stained and ready. That is the professionalism I appreciate in my vendors and will use them for any future door projects!”
