“This location is awesome. Brightly lit. Very Clean. Staff super friendly. They were out of hot water. I advised one of the staff of it. He immediately set out to refill it. He advised it would be back refilled in 3 mins. As I was waiting a very helpful and sweet employee asked for my cup and filled it for me so I didn’t have to wait. I wish I remembered his name. He was prepping bread bowls this morning. He’s awesome. Food was as expected.”

“The service department is AWESOME here. We came in to get a "works" package. Victor took care of us. He treated us like we were VIPs. He made sure that our bill was credited to our service plan. Victor accurately quoted how long our wait time would me. We were in and out in about an hour and forty-five minutes without an appointment. That's not bad, I've waited at Firestone for over three hours for a simple oil change. I'd highly recommend taking your car to Mac Haik Ford DeSoto for your car care needs.”

And even after installation I found him to be helpful with making sure my equipment functions properly. One day, I needed someone to fix camera, which was no working due to unintentionally caused by me. Very competitive prices; they really want to price the average Joe to come to their shop; they want your business. Friendly, top-notch service is done by Floyd Bowsher (Manager) and his competent and reliable automotive mechanics and technicians. They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!”
