The Towers at Mercer Crossing Apartments

The leasing office has been amazing! We had a family emergency a few weeks before we needed to move in and they worked things out with us so we didn't have to worry about our lease for a few months. Adrianna is our leasing agent and she truly cares about the people she helps. Even through out this awful winter storm she took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were happy with what we chose. Thank you for all of your patients and kindness. We are so excited to move into this building!

I came to the Towers needing an apartment very quickly, and Adrianna was super helpful walking me through all of my options. She provided quick responses throughout the application/leasing process and was able to get me into my new home by my deadline. The leasing team is very personable and easy to work with as long as you are willing to work collaboratively with them. Five stars for Adrianna and the staff; I’m happy to call the Towers my new home.

Love this property and I can’t wait to move in! All of the amenities are so nice and the staff is so friendly. Adrianna showed me some incredible units and before I even made it home I had an email from her with all of the information I needed to make my decision. She was awesome!

Honestly I was a little skeptical at first bc of some of the old reviews on here but all in all it has been an amazing place to move into! Stacey was an awesome person that greeted us at first and then Katrina put the icing on the cake by helping us set up everything and making sure our apartment was ready by the time we moved in! The apartment has been awesome as well, everything was clean and I enjoy everything about the new apartment I moved into! :)
