  ” Good management who care about their tenants. Jamie is awesome. Maintenance guys are ON IT. Nice about dogs. Nice about everything actually. You can literally walk anywhere from this location. .5 seconds away is Walmart, auto store , gas station, and any fast food ever. Apartment is huge inside with new appliances. Lots of space even in a 2 bedroom. Private for the most part and quiet for the most part. Enjoyable”

  “Living at Terra Lago in Rowlett, TX; moved in a couple months ago and am loving this place. Beautiful apartments, quiet area of town, and plenty of places within a couple blocks to go shop or eat. I received excellent customer service from Lauren who was absolutely wonderful to work with from day 1, as she was so patient with me and exceeded my expectations throughout the whole leasing process, making it all move along as swift and painless as possible. I've also had a good experience with maintenance here; I had a minor move-in related request which was handled promptly and professionally; their response time was super quick! Bottom line - They got a great team there in the office taking care of this property, and the community here overall is pretty great too! :-).”

  “Wanna give a shout out to manager Esmeralda. She always has a joyful spirit and a smile on her face anytime I’ve been in the office. She resolves issues quickly and follows up to make sure we’re satisfied tenants! She has trained her staff to be the same way! Jackie and Tony are equally as pleasant! Very personable, all of them!   I love this place. Love living here, love the staff, love the fact that my electricity bill is so much less per month than any other apartment i have lived in. It’s a bigger space, to boot. I just wish COVID would end so I could fully enjoy living downtown.
  
  I have dealt with Jeri most often at 1900 Pacific Residences. She always helps me, takes care of me. Always professional always responsive. She is the face of this place for me!

  “ We just moved in July 2020 to Millennium Place in Corinth TX & we couldn’t be happier. Heather (manager) & Stacy (asst. manager) went out of their way to make things work for us & for that I am grateful & want to say thank you! I was in a bind to find a new place quickly and the process was easy, they work professionally & diligently, plus the first month RENT FREE was/is a game changer. With all the costs of relocating this was/is such a relief. Great location, the property is gorgeous, all the amenities are first class just wish they had a sauna (then I would be able to cancel my gym membership all together), otherwise I AM HOME & happy to have brought my family here! ♥️♥️♥️.”
