(November 29, 2020, 8:43 pm)I was in town visiting family and had an issue which required maintenance departments assistance, so I called them and they came over within an hour or so. The maintenance guy Francisco was extremely nice and fixed the issue right away. I have lived in apartments where getting assistance like this was a complete nightmare so I can truly appreciate the prompt service!

(November 1, 2020, 11:50 am)I've lived here for 8 months already and loving it. It still feels like I just moved in. The staff here are just exceptional, honestly; the manager Danielle was actually one of the reasons I chose this place. She makes you feel at home and for me, that was important. The apartment homes are new, beautiful and located in a nice area, I would definitely recommend this place.

In the midst of being in a pandemic they have still managed to put together events for the residents to not only feel like this is a place to stay but, a home. Thank you to the staff for always being there when most needed. Also, the location is BEAUTIFUL!!!
(September 2, 2020, 8:53 pm)I recently moved here from North Carolina and Devra helped made the transition easy. You’re greeted with a smile every time you walk into the office, and if there’s a maintenance issue the team is on top of it. For proof of how amazing the front office are; all of them personally signed a birthday card and gifted to my daughter and that was very sweet! Lakeside also offers great amenities from the newly opened cafe to the swimming pools. The location is also great because you are close to DFW airport, Love Field, shopping and 635. I’m super grateful to be here and appreciate the great service from the front office team. ?
