Flying Saucer Draught Emporium

This “Saucer” is part of a small chain of real ale bars. As a member, when you have drunk 200 different beers, you get a plate (a saucer) on the wall with your name on. Thus it attracts repeat business. Of course you could just enjoy one or two - this one has great lake views from its rear porch.Good choice of beers (over 200). Good pub food. Helpful “Beer Goddesses” (waitresses). What’s not to like? Highly recommended.

Awesome waitress. Great time. Food was very good. Love the bratwurst and sauerkraut. Everyone was very happy with the food and drinks. Very clean. Everyone that was there seem very happy and having a good time in spite of the 3 hour traffic backup on 30.

Many many beers on tap to choose from. The staff is very informative as well. They have the best patio, covered, and faces the water. I love coming here and sitting outside. I have gotten the pretzel and bratwurst over and over, I just can't get over the sauce! They have games to pay and beautiful lake views. Who doesn't like beer and sail boats!?
I ordered a Stout and our server was so nice and, unprompted, brought us tasters of the other stouts they had to offer. ????

Good pit-stop for lunch after trying water ski or just travelling by boat on this great lake where it is placed. If you are travelling by boat you will find that you can rich this place easily, there is a convenient mooring for yachts and boats near here. This bar has huge amount of plates telling history about beer and good staff who can point your attention in right direction to order the best tasty beer and fresh prepared food. So you will be ready to next half of day after such lunch. During lunch you can stay on fresh open area where you are sitting in couple steps from lake and enjoy with meal, fresh breathing and nice talking with your friends. Atmosphere is friendly.
