“What in the world is Ross even talking about?!? Delusional. I LITERALLY go here 4-5 times a week for lunch and the occasional dinner and I have never ONCE been disappointed. Food always comes out extremely quick, and the pizza is unmatched by any place in Dallas. Nothing this Ross is saying adds up even remotely. Sounds like a sad blogger trying an attempt at receiving free food. And if you don't believe me then try Sopranos yourself. There is a reason I go here almost everyday. The food is incredible.”

His customer before me was late, which delayed my start time. Jeff was apologetic and checked on me twice, while I waited. Just an overall good experience.
