Absolutely, a must go for the holidays. Truly a wonderful experience for the family. It can get a bit busy. Best times to go are weekdays. Definitely avoid weekends. The wait could reach up to 2 hours maybe even 3. Definitely coming back next year.

If your going with family, it's fun, exiting, a great experience for all ages and plenty of places to take pictures at. Very romantic if you're planning to take a significant other. The cover fee is $45 dollars, but it also includes the carousel ride, there's no limit on age, my dad is 76 yrs young and he absolutely loved it! It reminded him of his childhood years and that made it worth every penny!!!

We had so much fun! It was definitely worth the price. There are only 2 rides but the kids liked them. The light show was cool, the food was good. They had a few little booths selling things. The Christmas lights were amazing! Everything about the lights was awesome! This was my first time going, but we quickly decided it will be a yearly tradition from now on! Great job Grand Prairie!

Prairie Lights is our favorite annual Christmas tradition, even after moving further away and having a fairly long drive now. This year, there were lots of new decorations, and we also were pleased that all the extra activities in the Christmas Village (like the walk thru lights and the indoor light show) were included in the entrance fee. It is a bit pricey at $45/car, but I feel like it's worth it because it creates such awesome memories for the kiddos.

we go to Prairie Lights every year and really enjoy it. The rides, holiday show and the walk through forest are all included in admission. Admission is based on if you have a car or passenger van or limo. I recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday before school gets out and try to be there as close to opening as you can. On weekends it can take more than an hour to even get in. Once you make it to the Holiday village it is so crowded it takes away from the fun.
