“I live here. And I saw this bed bug message. Every resident here will say that is a lie! The only way we will ever hear about bedbugs, rodents or anything is that, you would have to bring them here! Bugs are treated as an emergency here. Every month or 2 our apartments are sprayed, filters changed, repairs are made as soon as possible. Residents opinions are ALWAYS appreciated. The only thing I hate is that the Carpet Cleaning Company is the worst on earth. But it is a free service to the residents. Oh yeah, Our apartments are checked several times a year to make sure they are tidy and bug free. This would be a perfect place to live, if our rent was $75 and month and they pull the sprinklers wetting up our $100 wax job on cars!”

“Our entire family have been patients of Dr. Chhay, Advanced Dentistry in Grand Prairie, TX for over 19 years. Over the years, she has treated or children with braces, my husband and I with regular cleanings and occasional root canals. Dr. Chhay is an exceptionally gifted surgeon and dentist. She is highly concerned about preserving oral health and your natural teeth. She is meticulous in all parts of the treatment and ensures a smooth recovery. Her gentle touch provides almost pain free injections and my recent surgery of bone grafting was hugely successful. She explained all possible scenarios she could encounter during surgery and how she would respond to these different scenarios. I know I will need to keep a close eye on my oral health but with Dr. Chhay as my dentist I couldn't be in better hands. She puts extensive efforts in getting to know her patients which allows her to match treatments at a high precision level. I credit her not only with my improved oral health but also the aesthetic appearance of my smile. I'm a happy person who loves to laugh and smile. I get a lot of compliments on my perfect looking teeth. As far as office procedures, payments, and scheduling is concerned: Dr. Chhay is not in my healthcare network and my copay is different than with in-network dentists. However, no amount of money would want me to change her as my care provider because her genuine concern is priceless. I have been able to work out payment plans for larger bills and been able to use my flexible healthcare spending account. The office staff is very accommodating with appointments and even calls if a prior procedure is taking longer as expected. I observe her in teaching her assistants with patience and providing them with more than just the dental practice knowledge. She demonstrates exceptional professional manners. What also matters greatly to me is the level of diversity I notice in her patients. Since Covid their protocol avoids any patients in the waiting area but prior to Covid I always found the diversity refreshing. Everyone always confirmed what I experienced myself: she deeply cares for all patients and gives everyone their undivided attention. Last but not least, Dr. Chhay invests a great deal of her time to expand her knowledge and also shares her knowledge as a fulltime faculty member. Student praise her patience and passion for sharing her knowledge. As an educator myself, education greatly matters. And if you are as accomplished as Dr. Chhay it is even twice as impressive to keep learning, researching, and teaching. I highly recommend Dr. Chhay and her practice to anyone looking for the best dental treatment you can imagine.”

“The owner is extremely versed on their products. She was able to clearly and effectively describe each and every one of their products to completeness. I'm not super huge into astronomy and energy and how it flows and such, but I will have to say the way she described it was moving. I went there with my sister for some gifts and we were immediately greeted and directed to their gifts. Honestly, most items there are pretty good gifts and seem to be of high quality and put to a high bar. Though they didn't have oils and diffusers, the owner was able to tell us when they would be in (which was very soon). Overall the store is very nice. Appealing on the inside and outside. Very neat and appealing. The owner even gave us bags for our gifts the were each individually wrapped in tissue paper. So this store is great if you need a gift or if you want some sort of natural appeal to your home.”

“Joanna was awesome yesterday! I needed some stepping stones for my yard, and she helped see all the options, found the perfect flagstone that matched what I already had, then went above and beyond, and grabbed a cart to load them onto. Not only that, but then she loaded all of the flagstone for me, and pushed the cart to the front. While I was checking out, she called for back up and got another guy to assist in loading it into the back of my van. That is what I call wonderful customer service! I didn’t have to ask for service for anything, she went above and beyond and made me feel cared for - and now I have beautiful stepping stones in my backyard. Thanks so much Joanna!”

“This is still way too early to asess as the 4 stars is based solely on dialogue exchanged and not actual services performed by the dentist except a clinical assessment as to dental plan of care. The dental hygienist was professional as was the intake person, Lamar. The dentist is very charming and affable and my follow up is tomorrow to discuss pricing, both what is covered by insurance and what will be out of pocket for an invasive procedure that will leave me either very happy or very depressed based on the dentists' expertise and knowledge of said procedure. I feel highly confident he knows his field extremely well and hope his 39 years of practice will show in the end result I expect will be my amazing smile when all is completed.”

They check my temperature up arrival, sensitized the station before and after each client, limited sitting in waiting area, no regular Walk-ins and need appointment ahead of time.
