The woman who answered the phone seemed genuine and wanted to help. They sent a plumber (Ian) within a couple hours, maybe not even a full two hours later. Ian was kind and courteous. He knew his stuff and had our plumbing issue fixed in under an hour. I'm glad they're the company we went with! Thanks, Ian! Edit: Xavier came out later (after I wrote this review or I would have included him in the original post) and ran a camera down our pipes to find what caused the issue.
