James Armstrong Plumbing replaced of main water line from meter to house. Outstanding service and follow-up. Sebastian the plumber, initially installed a temporary line so that I would have water. He installed the permanent line and returned to repair a drip system leak at no charge. He was very professional and courteous. They care they took in completing the job properly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sebastian installed my water softener, and R/O system. He did a very good job, and installed both systems in just a few hours! He was very knowledgeable about the system because I asked him a lot of questions on how the system works. I doubled check his info by reading the manuals, and some research online. I would’ve went went a cheaper route, but I have the peace of mind that I had an actual plumber install a loop to the main shut-off valve. Finally, he was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Had Sebastian relocate a water softener which involved routing lines up and over some other items in the way. The work was neat and professionally done. It's obvious Sebastian is a skilled plumber - he made a point of inquiring whenever there was some question on how to proceed rather than getting it wrong. He kept me informed on his anticipated arrival and came back on time two days later as agreed to finalize the job. I'd recommend them to others too without hesitation.

Sebastian came out and did a thorough job of replumbing under my kitchen sink, replacing the broken dishwasher hose connection and removing old occluded drain pipes. A big improvement- now no smell from my drains. He was personable, and explained everything very clearly. Very fast response time and a good price for a job well done.

I've used James Armstrong Plumbing for the plumbing issue. They did an excellent job. They checked things out very thoroughly. It was interesting though because right where they where checking I have a fire smoke alarm and it's one of the tests they had to do. There was no smoke or anything, but they checked everything up and nailed down the right problem to make sure that nothing else was going on. They were very thorough and very professional. I have been using James Armstrong Plumbing the last 4 years, and I'm always happy with their services.
