I was referred to Russell by my trainer and what a relief..... Russell recommended a couple of treatment options which helped almost immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands his patients concerns. When I later pulled a muscle, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to him for treatment. While injuries can happen and require a physical therapist, I now use his services as a preventative to injury. I 100% would recommend him to anyone needing treatment or prevention.”
