“I love taking my beagle here when I’m in town, I’ve taken her a few times and the dogs and people have always been very friendly. Sometimes there the park is a little lonely but it may also be because I went around the winter season. But I would highly recommend this place to anyone with dogs! The evening (5pm-7pm) is probably a better time if you want your dog to socialize with other dogs.”

“Best optometrist I’ve seen in awhile. She squeezed me for the next day with no appointment. Super nice and down to earth, and the new receptionist is very kind as well. Got me in and out quickly but I still felt like I was important. Even recommended eye drops that would help me, and gave me a sample and coupons. I drove 45 mins to see this dr and it was worth the drive. Don’t choose Walmart over this place; I used Walmart opticians for years and while my Walmart opticians were also competent like this optician was, the customer service at this dr located at Target was head and shoulders above any Walmart optician I’ve seen (and I used different Walmart opticians for years before trying this optician in Target). Glad I took a chance to try somewhere new!”

“This is a really nice store, all of the employee’s are extremely nice and go out of their way to improve your day and assist you in whatever way they need to no matter how hard it is on them. The other day for example, I had bought a game that I had been excited about for a long time, when I got home however the game had been damaged so I couldn’t play it, I called the store and they went above and beyond to get this resolved as quickly as possible, the person I talked to was really nice about it, she actively listened and went out of her way to answer all of my questions and help me as much as possible to the point where I knew exactly where to go, and what to do when I got there.”

“I LOVE this place. I have been to two other locations and the customer service has just been HORRIBLE! This Rowlett location is just incredible! Abel is so friendly and is always smiling at you. Mark worked so hard to try and fix my glasses (they’re old and needed an upgrade) and still had such an amazingly kind spirit when he couldn’t. Then Asmaa (I think she’s a manager) was not only able to help me order new glasses, but also fix the ones I have while waiting. They go above and beyond every time I come in here. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.”
