“My experience at Park Place Bodywerks was pretty amazing. It's really intriguing because my car was hit 4 months ago and the body shop I used then was pretty good. When I compare the two, Park Place is the Rolls Royce of Body Shops. Let's start from the very beginning. I called and mentioned my situation. They sent me an Application that allowed me to take pictures of the damage. Within the same day, I was able to get a quote and schedule a time to bring the car in. The check in was stress free and Enterprise was on site. It made a bad situation a pleasurable one. Davis my advisor was great as well. Every week I got an update. “Went to them on 5/17/2023 for a set of dual exhaust and spent almost $1000. dollars. Upon inspection after getting car home, the left side pipe was resting on the Transmission Pan (which could burn up the Transmission) and the right side was against the frame! Told to return but did not want to drive considering the possible Trans damage. I had it towed back to them and home at my cost of over $225.00 They would not fix the right side and only bent the left side to barely miss the Trans pan. I am now having to go to an additional shop to fix the problems that Triple A made. The pipes were not bent as is the standard, but pieced together and welded in sections with very unprofessional welds. I am considering a law suit against them but will wait until all the repair expenses are in. Just checked Muffler outlet pipe- it is a 2 inch but the Exhaust pipes they installed are 2 1/2 inches! Talk about Back Pressure!! Any Muffler shop should know that the combination will create poor performance. ADDENDUM: Bobby said he would refund my money if I returned the Dual Exhaust system to him. TRUE to his word, he refunded the entire amount I spent when I retuned the system. You won't find many business owners doing that especially after a couple of months. I am giving his business a better rating.”
