“A great clean and affordable place to stay near Dallas Love Field, in Dallas, Texas. A very nice young lady (perhaps on the day shift only) checked us in and showed us their amenities. A man (appeared to be of the Iran descent) worked the all night shift was aloof and lacked good customer services. When asked for assistance, he was not accommodating, just lazy. He understood English because when we checked out, he was more attentive because his supervisor was present.”

“I’m here now, I stay in a different hotel every night, all over the western states. This hotel deserves more stars than the 5 available to give in my book. I do a bit of traveling for work. I am unimpressed with some of the reviews given on here. Some of you people really expect to have your hand held when you leave home. This place is clean, updated, and affordable. The front desk lady is direct and helpful. I will admit I questioned my reservation, thinking it to be charged twice, to only looking stupid in the end. What can I say, long day of work, hangry, and just want to rest. Pool is open, breakfast will be there in the morning, Bed is comfortable, my pet peeve is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It is super clean. Personally, I couldn’t ask for better. If the lady this evening is present in the morning, I will thank her and the other staff for a great nights stay.”

“Company sent me here when my truck went into the shop. I'm a loyal Wyndham stayer so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Man let me tell you, what a nice hotel! It's also very quiet in spite of the roadway right there. Room 119 was very clean and if there were people in the rooms next to me, even they were super quiet.🤣 1 drawback tho is room 119 is right next to the AC unit and it kept making a noise every few minutes. So if you're a light sleeper, avoid that room. However for me it wasn't an issue.🤷🏾♀️ The shower had great water pressure and temperature. I also love the fact that it was a regular tub/ shower combo in a king room. Not just a shower like at Wyndham 🫢. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in super fast. She even helped me extend my room with no issues. Big bonus for me was the ice cream machine (take that Wyndham 😃)!! Let's just say by the end of my first night, I joined Best Western's reward program (sorry Wyndham 🫣😂)!! Will definitely be back!!”

“Glenda is amazing! My little 2.5 year old chihuahua absolutely loves going to see her friends every day! An amazing place to take your dog. I feel 100% confident that Butterfly will have a great day every day when she goes to see Glenda. Butterfly gets excited when she knows we're heading to daycare and comes home tired and ready for a good night's rest! Butterfly is safe, socialized and Glenda does a wonderful job of helping them all feel comfortable and loved. I cannot imagine taking my Butterfly anywhere else while I go to work every day! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.”

The staff is very knowledgeable at their jobs, and every contact with staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The Fitness Facility was very clean/sanitized and the access was very efficient and managed appropriately. “This is a typical long stay and caters to a business traveller who likes being light/reasonable on the purse. Decent breakfast options too, but not as much as one might like. Just enough options. It is close to a few restaurants but they are a minimum 10 minutes walk. The better places like Panera Bread and i think Banana island (or something like that) are a much longer walk. If you are into walking, this is a decent place to stay. Walks to the Campbell park, the downtown are all nice.”
