“We found the place we will start eating at from now on. We were greeted in Spanish even if I'm not Mexican hahaha. However, the waitress was nice. You keep them know how much you people are dining in and you can choose where to sit. Perfect!!! The food was unbelievable. It was huge and good. The country pork chops was the star. It was tender and the gravy was delicious. The chips and salsa was really good as well. Everyone one enjoyed their food. The only thing that needs a little improvement was the mash potatoes w/gravy needs to be hotter. It was cold. The cabbage needed to be seasoned a little bit more. Other that , food is great! We look forward to eating here again.”

“Honestly, I’ve been alive for over three decades on this planet and today I had the best burger I’ve ever had. The beef was succulent, melted in your mouth. Perfectly seasoned. I got a double with cheese, added an egg, bacon, and spicy Mayo. You know you’re eating something good when halfway through the meal you start to get sad because you know soon it will be gone, so you start to eat slower to savor it more. This was that meal. The fries were perfectly made. Highly recommend.”

“It took a friend’s invite to get me in the building. The experience from the parking lot through the end of the night for us exceeded my expectations. Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. The music kept us on the dance floor. The food was ok. The oxtails were a bit tough and the rice and peas overcooked. The plantains though… they were delicious! The great service, location, vibe and music was all we needed to end a beautiful day! They are located on Stemmons service road with easy access on and off. They have ample parking with two lots. If you like or love Jamaican music you’ll enjoy Heroes Lounge🤩”

The conversations we had there was very interesting, i loved that the wait wasn't so long for a party of 6. It can get busy around 11-11:30 am. The waitresses were amazing and the food was superb. The salmon Benedict, the Oreo pancakes were yummy, desperado, the chicken steak, the lumberjack breakfast and the lobster omelette (something like that) are excellent choices if you come to try out some of their outstanding delights! The next time we come here I will try the salmon Benedict, our family friend Hannah had that and it was beyond expectations haha. Definitely bring between $10-$20 per plate. Anyways, at the end of the day, this was an incredible place to go and highly recommend it for a brunch.”

“The soup if the day - tomato basil- was phenomenal! The octopus was swimming in oil, too much for my taste I would say. The bread pudding was ok. What wowed me was the customer service and the large portions. I had to take my appetizer home, yes - my appetizer! Big cup of soup with a bread basket, and a huge grilled octopus - I was full. To try the dessert, I had to box my appetizer... The bread pudding is really good - made in house! My server though - she really enjoys what she is doing because it showed! Genuine, quick, knew the menu...Overall, I would recommend!”

“Pretty good from the cocktails to the apps, entrees and desserts! The grapefruit martini was fresh (if you don't like pulp don't order this) and the Old Fashioned of course was wonderful. All the apps we had were delicious. Our least favorite of the three apps was the shrimp. For the entrees, we had the almond crusted chicken and our friends had the Hanger Steak. We originally wanted the Sweet Tea Chicken but they only marinate so many. That being said, if you want to try that, visit earlier in the day. For dessert we all split the cheesecake and the chocolate cake... couldn't go wrong with either of those. Our waitress, Julia, was super sweet and friendly. The place could work on the cleanliness but it was the dinner hour and they most likely had a busy day. Overall it was a good experience!”
