“I cannot imagine having gone through this move process with any other company. We began this journey 16 months ago when my husband accepted a job in another state. We sold our home and Element came out and packed us up, put most of our things in storage for us and moved a smaller amount to an apartment while my husband put in his notice. Upon further investigating his new job was not as it had been represented, and this began the string of events over the next year and a half that caused us to have to move three more times before finally settling in Sherman. I cannot fathom working through all these changes, such as reworking our move from long distance to local, with any other company. These people became my family for the next year and a half, not just working through things but also supporting me and doing what they could to try to make things a little easier. Every single move team for every single move was absolutely top notch, professional, kind, incredibly hard working and fun to spend the day with. Because my process took so long, there was some turnover in the office but each person that came in was amazing as well. This company is a well-oiled machine and run by people who actually care. We have had some truly traumatizing moves with unscrupulous companies and we wanted to be sure we worked with one we could trust. I am so grateful for every person here that helped us through this incredibly uncertain time. I would not hesitate to hire them again in a heartbeat!”

The units are video monitored and have locked gates so people can't just drive in without knowing the combination to the padlock. There is 24 hour access to your unit which is nice if you a.) Work odd hours or b.)realize there is something in your unit that you need right now. Also the owner is very polite and helpful.”

“I stumbled onto GX courier while in line trying to ship something counter to counter on Southwest Airlines. Their driver gave me the email and number to the office and they have been my go to for about 4 years now. I ship stuff all over the country with them, 2 pounds to a whole pallet. No need for me to go to the airport anymore. They also do a great job all over the metroplex for us. Seems like they have a contact in every city and I have never had a problem with a shipment. Nothing like shipping something same day to repair down equipment.”
