“When we discovered icing on one of our units, we called our current ac company. Although our unit was only 6 years old and repairable they pushed us to replace it at almost quadruple original cost. I called Blue Ribbon at my neighbor's recommendation and spoke with Trey. He came out and walked me through everything. Stressed in no way did I need a new unit and gave me a repair quote lower than the first company. He and his staff were very polite, knowledgeable and performed all the repairs in a timely matter.
