“I just wanted to leave a review for the Grand Prairie, Fairway Drive location. They were changing out the sprinklers for the entire storage unit and I called and spoke with Charles and then David. This was one of the most top notch customer service that I have ever experienced. I have travelled out of the country several times, deal with concierge, valet and all sorts of individuals. I must say that Manager David Cares about the type of service that this facility receives. He’s thorough, diligent, attentive and very professional. It was such a treat encountering someone like him. Charles was amazing as well. They’re really outstanding over there in Grand Prairie and I appreciate their service. Kudos to both of these gentlemen who reminded me that great customer service is not dead.”
