Tod was straight forward from the beginning about the entire process, and the time frame for extending our existing hand scraped wood floors into our master bedroom and downstairs guest bedroom (both rooms were previously carpeted). Juan and his crew are truly talented, and we could not be happier with how well the new floors match our existing floors - both in style and color. The crew took great care in the prep and clean up, and in removing and replacing the furniture in the two rooms. Tod was quick to respond to any questions we had during the project. This place did an amazing job restoring them. They even redid the cuts on the aluminum part and painted the gloss colors exactly how I wanted. Awesome work, great service and quick turn around time. They told me the prices for everything up front, and they checked my air filter and topped off my tires for me, which I am grateful for. They replaced all my gutters and gave me great color choices, painted front door and replaced hardware , repaired and painted baseboard and trim in the house, patched soffet so well that I can't tell where it was done, fixed my chimney, and replaced my fence. There was great communication every step of the way. They worked with me on the prices for all the projects. Work was done timely and neatly. The only thing that slowed them down was weather. I called for a free estimate and I am glad I did.”
