“I just wanted to leave a review for the Grand Prairie, Fairway Drive location. They were changing out the sprinklers for the entire storage unit and I called and spoke with Charles and then David. This was one of the most top notch customer service that I have ever experienced. I have travelled out of the country several times, deal with concierge, valet and all sorts of individuals. I must say that Manager David Cares about the type of service that this facility receives. He’s thorough, diligent, attentive and very professional. It was such a treat encountering someone like him. Charles was amazing as well. They’re really outstanding over there in Grand Prairie and I appreciate their service. Kudos to both of these gentlemen who reminded me that great customer service is not dead.”

“Marylou is seriously the BEST! On my first visit I had to get a tooth extraction and a root canal due to infections, my crown came out perfect and my socket healed up without issue thanks to the prescribed antibiotics. I am horrible about going to the dentist, so when I got a call from her office to set up another appointment it was much easier to convince myself to go especially since they do a follow-up call to remind you to come in. After my second visit I am loving the way my teeth look, I haven't had a real smile in years. Now I smile every time I look in the mirror. THANK YOU Marylou , you and your whole office are amazing.”

“We have ordered wings here 5-6 times and we really prefer their wings over other local places. The garlic Parmesan and the original hot are the 2 favorite sauces for us. Sometimes I grab a cold beer while waiting for the order. Hey, I get thirsty waiting 10 minutes! Tonight I gave the cashier more $20 bills than I thought, and I had told him to keep the change. He realized it was my mistake and he called me back up to the counter to give me the $10 and keep smaller tip. I love honest people so I rounded this up 1 Star to a five. I will definitely be back.”

“Cam was our personal shopper. He showed up car side before I could even get off the phone properly to let them know that I had arrived. Talk about excellent customer service!!! He was friendly and genuine and told me he was happy to help. After promptly loading the trunk and waving goodbye, I quickly got his attention, cash in hand, ready to show him some deserved appreciation in the form of a small tip. He told me that he was thankful but policy would not allow him to accept it. INTEGRITY=CAM!!! I was a little bummed about it but in that act he reassured me that there were still people out there willing to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. “I called Signature Plumbing over a leaking water heater the other day, they were were able to come out the next day and give me a bid. By the next afternoon i was able to have my water heater replaced and everything cleaned up. They were extremely informative and professional. They made sure to give me follow up calls to make sure everything was working as expected and if there were any new problems with the install. All of the service was 5 star and i recommend them to all my friends and family.”
