Sky was very efficient, friendly and thorough; she suggested the Millie planter, describing the container and plants in detail. I looked it up on the website while we were talking; she assured me it looked nicer in person than the photo showed. Within 4 hours of placing the order, the recipient contacted me stating "It's the most beautiful plant I've ever seen. It's HUGE and HEAVY, very green and shiny and full. I love it." When I hadn't received the invoice via email, I called back and spoke with Emily. She explained sometimes the receipts from the automated system don't go through corporate firewalls and she offered an effective workaround. Rachel and Stacey oversee a place of kindness, compassion and stability. The curriculum is excellent and my granddaughter loves it. Although we have had a difficult time in my home lately, I know every morning I am leaving our toddler in a safe, learning environment with kind, compassionate teachers that seem ready to enjoy the day. “Hubby and I went into WNB Factory for our first time today. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were spotless. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger, tots with one, onion rings with the other. The burgers were yummy, tasted just like home cooked burgers. The tots were great and crispy. The onion rings were just okay, crispy on the outside, but a bit mushy on the inside. We really appreciated that there was hand sanitizer on each table. We totally recommend WNB Factory, and plan on returning ourselves to try other menu items.”
