“Ed from Casanova Plumbing runs his own little plumbing business in the Oak Point, Crossroads, Little Elm (+) area. Ed just pulled my hindquarters out of a serious plumbing problem, and I am very, very grateful for his excellent work in doing so. Thanks! I had a significant leak that would not stop. I called numerous plumbers who were all very kind but couldn't fit me in for repair for 3 days. I called Ed, explained my situation, and he agreed to tag me onto the end of his long work day, same day service, after his other jobs were done. My broken pipe presented a couple of unusual challenges, but he came up with a real cool solution and he was done in just under an hour. The price was reasonable. Ed is a kind man and does all his own work. He specializes in his home area. He is obviously knowledgeable and experienced, based on my observation of how he solved my problem. Anyone who lives nearby, I give my highest recommendation. P.S: I love his signature tag painted on the bottom corner of his van - "I am your huckleberry": In the Old West that meant you were game, up for anything. According to Urbandictionary.com “I'm your huckleberry” is the rough equivalent of saying “I'm the man you're looking for.” Also ... a favorite quote from one of my favorite movies - Tombstone - spoken by Doc Holliday.”

“My sweet Elvis Presley. Dr Whitworth is one of a kind! She did the MOST of any veterinary doctor I’ve EVER been blessed to come across. She took the time to go ever every detail of his medical record, which were complicated. We sorted it all out, and she offered both expensive, and non expensive treatment options. I had already spent thousands of dollars trying to save my puppy. He was very sick, and wasn’t responding to any treatment offered. She was honest, and loving to all of his needs as we’re every part of her staff. They know me by name, voice and face. The office is clean and very friendly and fast. Elvis sadly, didn’t make it. We had to help him cross the rainbow bridge and his staff made his transition the most comfortable and easy for both myself, and him. They gave the best discount and price the could and the utmost respect. If we ever decide to have another animal, Dr Whitworth will be the only vet we trust. Thank you for loving us, and our Elvis. “Arrived between 3 and 5 pm at the drive through. Employees were polite, but in a laid back kind of way. No other cars were in the drive through when we arrived. Food was hot, fries and onion rings were fairly fresh. Burgers were fresh and not too sloppy with the sauce. Drinks were good, sweet tea and coke-a-cola were made right. Wait in the drive through was short. Service was good and gets 4 stars and we rate an “A” this time.”

“I love Dr. Collins! I've been seen there 3 times in the past month or so, and every time I walk out smiling. The ladies at reception, her fabulous nurse, and even the Labcorp techs, are all friendly and make me feel at home. Today I went in for a minor procedure, but I was a nervous wreck, and she calmed me down like a champ. She has helped me through a health crisis, and I am so relieved to have found her. I will not see anyone else, as long as she's around.”

“I went for my annual follow up after an initial check-up last year. This is a clean and professional office. The front staff is friendly and prompt in greeting you and getting you signed in. The assistants are always well versed and good communicators. They put all the appropriate information in the computers to keep the doctors up to date. I’ve worked with two doctors and they were very kind and personable. I appreciate having a place nearby, but away from fussy intersections to get my eyes checked. Note: my husband used the glasses services in house and the gal there was very helpful. Unfortunately, he doesn’t like the lenses he purchased, but it was a new accessory for him and he wasn’t sure what he needed.”

“It’s unusual for me to get online just to rate a business, but honestly this Discount Tire location went above and beyond for me. Customer service was how it should be; friendly, to the point, honest, taking the time to listen and assist with the customer’s needs. I went in for a tire repair 1 hour before close and ended up purchasing new wheels for my F-150 (which I’ve wanted to do for awhile). After the front desk team member patiently worked with me, another team member drove to another location to pick up the wheels, as they did not have them in stock here. They changed my flat tire, put my new wheels on, and to top it off polished up my tires. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Great team and great work. Also LEO friendly which is a plus!”

“Despite the negative google reviews and some negative posts I've seen on neighborhood pages about this location, I like Popeyes and I've gone here a handful of times since they opened a few years ago. My personal experiences there have always been good; luckily I've never had a bad experience like others have. That said, yesterday evening I went through the drive-thru just before 6pm. There was no one in front of me and my order for two classic chicken sandwiches, one spicy chicken sandwich, one shrimp tackle box, some tenders and a couple of drinks and sides was taken promptly and professionally by the young woman taking orders. I pulled up and was greeted very politely by the young man taking payment. He confirmed my order, took my payment, and my food was ready (and perfect) within just a couple of minutes at most. The food was all delicious, but the customer service was what gives this a five-star review. I hope that whoever manages or owns this place knows that they have a couple great employees in those two and treats them well. Oh, and also, the fried shrimp is surprisingly great. Better than fried shrimp I've had at some sit-down restaurants and being from New England I'd like to think I know my seafood.”
