“When my wife passed I looked around and when I came here I found friendly staff & friendly people where ever we toured. i am living here a while now & the staff is always available & very caring & that includes from the servers to the managers. There are plenty of activities to keep us busy if we are interested. Movies, swimming, exercising, trips to somewhere weekly (in fact next Friday I am looking forward to the Portland Art Museum). The main thing are residents are happy & I certainly recommend the Springs to anyone interested in Independent Living.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. Not only is the property beautiful and classically built and the floor plan designs are like no other, the entire office staff is the icing on the cake. Lolita and Irene are the most professional, savey and real management team ever. I don't remember the names of the other staff but they are awesome 😎 also! During the most difficult time of my life, they treated me like I am worth a million dollars, not some bomb. They worked with me and my husband through our trials and celebrated with us when we came through!! I love them and Halston on Frankford!”

“3 Month Update: Still great so far, the office staff are awesome and Chet is one of if not the best manager of an apartment complex that I've ever had to deal with. The rest of the staff are great as well, and extremely helpful for any issues or questions that come up. I'll definitely renew my lease here when the time comes. Original Review: I don't usually write reviews, good or bad. But sometimes the service and quality of life is so great that you feel compelled to speak about it and that's what I'm doing now. Tuscany Square is awesome. Hands down. The staff have been super helpful with my move-in, and so far living here has been a pretty great time! The neighbors are friendly, it's not too loud, the property isn't littered with trash and animal droppings everywhere, and of course the easy access to a ton of restaurants and retail stores nearby. I had a small issue with some of my outlets not working, and maintenance was there same day to fix it up (it was just my GFI plug, should've thought of that myself but they didn't seem to mind!) I think the only negative thing I could say about this place is how close together the parking spots under the carport are, but that's not enough to warrant a star being removed. That's it. I've been here about three weeks now, and I think Tuscany Square is going to be the place I call home for awhile.”

For the treatment that I had, Monica used a machine which works like a vacuum for your skin. What it does it sucks all the blackheads, germs, and everything that is making your skin breakout. This worked extremely well for me! If you are having many break outs or have any issues with your skin I recommend you this dermatologist !”
