When I had concerns about my oil change situation, I was given a very in depth explanation about how the oil works in the car and what it means for me to have a certain type of oil. It wasn't like I was being talked down to either, but it was explained in a way to help me down the road understand my vehicle better. This was incredibly valuable to me. “I emailed them for a quote for some easy work and I was out the door for far less than what I was quoted. I tried to make an appointment so I could get in and out as fast as possible but I was told it was "first come first served" over the phone. I showed up right at 8AM and left about 11AM. The other people seemed to have appointments because there were people ahead of me and people showing up at specific times so I am not sure how all that works but I wish I could have made an appointment. Other than that I am very happy with the work and the price. The staff was super nice the waiting room was updated and nice, the bathroom was clean. The young lady at the counter put something on the TV for my 5 year old to watch while we were waiting. All around good experience for a fair price. I definitely would recommend them.”

He was extremely knowledgeable about the process of filing claims and assisted me with navigating the process smoothly. He also made sure that the insurance company paid for EVERYTHING they were supposed to. As a consumer I don’t know everything that is supposed to be on the list of repair items and the insurance companies responsibilities but he did! My truck looked great when they were done. One complaint I’ve seen about paintless dent repair is putting the vehicle back together when they are done. Like when they remove door panels, headliners etc… nothing was broken or loose - aside from there being no more dents being on my truck you would have never known they took that thing apart.
