“Leaving 5 stars to get attention!!!! This is a terrible facility! Not because of the nurses but because of the administration!!! Nurses get into trouble if they change your loved ones dirty briefs and put an appropriate sized clean one on! The administration admitted the brief cost between 38 CENTS and $1.45 but how much are they charging your loved ones for those briefs? $10,$15,$20+ PER brief!! This is absolutely ridiculous! They don't care about your family the administration only cares about $!!! Absolutely disgusting!”

“I’ve never done float therapy but I’ve heard good things about it and saw it on Big Bang Theory so thought I’d give it a try! First off the facility was very clean and decorated well. It smelled nice and was very inviting. They thought of everything you might need! You do a pre rinse in the shower before going into the pod and a full shower after. They had everything you would need like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, loofa, spray deodorant , lotion etc. They even had a charging pad in the room for your phone which came in handy! They also provide you with ear plugs. Take your time and put them in correctly. I found myself having to adjust after in the pod and that was difficult. The pod has the option to stream your own music which was great because I think complete silence would have been hard for me. Find a nice focus mix and relax. The water was a perfect warm temperature and they have a pillow thing to lay your head in to make it more comfortable to float. You also have the option of keeping the pod open or closed and there is a light inside you can choose to have on or not. The pod is really big and it didn’t feel like I was in a coffin which is what I was afraid of. There is also a 2 way speaker you can communicate with the staff if you have a problem. Floating was an unique experience. It’s hard to explain, kind of like having a weighted blanket on you that wasn’t heavy. Sounds weird but it was a great feeling. I think everyone should try it. I have anxiety and MS. It was a way to let my body completely relax which I enjoyed. It’s probably something I would do once or twice a month. If you’re hesitant don’t be. Plus you can your FSA dollars! Win win!”

“We looked at about 7 places before deciding to send our boy to bright mosaic. He has been attending for the last 10 months and we feel great about the choice and lookforward to keeping him there for as long as possible. Everyone is fantastic and more than willing to be helpful in anyway they can. The biggest difference with bright mosaic is that it doesn't feel like a doctors office. Our son goes there full time and we love that it feels more casual and their outdoor areas for play are a huge plus. The staff dress appropriately for playing with children. Our son is excited to attend everyday and it's a great feeling to know he wants to be there. Also, it was the only place we found that required immunizations. Everywhere else wanted to be open minded about it which makes me worry about their credibility providing medical services.”

“This is indeed a happy, warm, cheerful place. There is so much glass and natural light allowing views of wooded acres behind the building. Lunch was delicious..catfish, sweet potato fries, key lime pie, all high end restaurant quality, served on linen tablecloths. Best of all, residents and staff were friendly and and welcoming and obviously enjoyed being there. The grounds are wheelchair friendly, with an outdoor kitchen and gardens. Pets are allowed too! This is a special place, similar to a resort but with able helping hands whenever needed.”
