The shorter asain woman came RUNNING to me at the front door and quick as she could took Chew into the back. We were then brought to a private room within minutes and then called by the head Vet there. She was very compassionate. She clearly explained the facts, and her opinion of the choices we had to make for my dog. We ended up choosing euthanasia. Even though my heart is broken, I am so thankful we came here and not Diamond or some other place. The people here at VCA are incredible and they did all they could, and in the long run I will come back here in the future. I'll also be recommending anyone with an animal emergency come here first if they have an opening. Call ahead because if your pet is in dire straights, they will make room if they are able. Like they did for us that day. Thanks for your hard work and love! 😺 🐕”

I have been across the whole Phoenix East Valley from central Phx to Apache Junction and every Circle K I have been in over the past month or so are dirty, no bathrooms or out of order, rude staff, products are out of stock, need I say more? “Listen to me. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any store in my life. Hailey was amazing. The two girls both greeted me before the door closed behind me. I was thinking, this can't be real. I even asked them if it was a recording, but it was them. They made me feel so welcome, they handled my router return in record speed, Hailey was polite, we joked a bit, lots of smiles, and my needs were met and exceeded. I just moved here and the UPS store I came from was a nightmare, I hated having to go there. (Union city, CA, I'm talking to you!). I do a lot of UPS for work and would intentionally go to drop off access points so I didn't have to deal with the ladies in that store. Now I can't wait to go back and visit the girls in this store. Happy to have found a good spot. It's been hard to find decent employees, and I'd be glad to employ these girls.
