Called and spoke with the most pleasant lady, her name is Margaret. I let Margaret know exactly what my girlfriend likes, Margaret went out of her way to make it happen (asap). I have been using Dalton flowers for years. They have been my go to. Bouquets are always stunning and better than expected. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Ordered my parents flowers for their 42 wedding anniversary but majority of the flowers started dying after two days. I called to let them know and they had sent a new bouquet without questions asked! I will always recommend people to Dalton flowers! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
