Fantastic bike shop. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be buying my next bike here! A special than you to EXPERT MECHANIC Andy. I tried for a month to get my bike to shift correctly. Finally, I brought it to Giant Lakeside and Andy fixed it immediately. It has been running perfectly ever since.

Got my basic fit done with Bob. He is a good dude and a professional in his craft! Made all the adjustments to my shoes, saddle and gear placement. I was impressed!

Had a flat on north-shore trails today , they took me in as soon they opened and had me out the door in 3 mins with fresh air and ride ready free of charge

This is the best place to buy or service a bike. Great team, very helpful and service all brands of bikes. Their service work is great and they have extremely reasonable prices. Thanks for keeping my bikes in great shape.
