(January 24, 2023, 8:47 pm)I've been working with this team the past couple of weeks for some friends who need 24 hour care. They have all been absolutely awesome including me with their status and their needs since I am still working full time. Without this team, I would be going crazy. They have helped me, too, keeping my sanity amidst all the chaos! I am so very thankful for all of them.

He was in a care facility and not allowed to be by himself and the women who stayed with him while I 'ran my errands' were very professional, kind, thoughtful and courteous. The owers are very professional, Christian people who really care about their employees and those of us who use their service. You will not go wrong by using BrightStar Care of Flower Mound!
(May 11, 2021, 3:58 pm)I work for Vista Ridge Nursing and Rehab and BrightStar has been a wonderful help for whenever we need additional caregivers for residents that need one on one help. Kevin and Victoria are absolutely amazing to work with and the caregivers they hire do a fabulous job of caring for patients! If you need caregivers to help with your loved one, I thoroughly suggest BrightStar.
(June 13, 2018, 1:04 pm)BrightStar Care worked with me during a very difficult time and made every effort to accommodate even our last minute changes and needs with a 24/7 schedule. The office kept in touch and encouraged feedback.
The caregivers made every effort to keep my husband as comfortable as possible and attend to his needs and give me some relief with my chores, as well. I believe they truly cared for us and were sensitive to the situation we were in. I would recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in need of personal care for themselves or their loved ones.
