(November 19, 2020, 3:14 pm)The process of securing a medical alert device for one's parent and then getting them to adopt and use can be complicated. There are a lot of options and then even many options within a particular selection. I could not be more complimentary of Medical Alert Southwest, Al DeMarzo, Kevin Bates and the team!. They literally held my hand through the process. Mom is wearing the device, and my brother and I are resting more easily these days. This is the option to choose - for sure!

The fall monitoring worked just like they said it would. They called us and we rushed over and took care of her. Who knows how long she would've layed there alone without this.

I was pleased to find this local company and the staff was so helpful, never pressured us at all and explaining the GPS location options clearly. The price was reasonable and there was no contract to worry about. I'm glad she that she has the item. Thanks so much.
