Typically >1hour in waiting room. Last visit 4 hours from appointment time to checkout. Entire waiting room ALL complaining about wait, two people left. “I have been seeing Dr. McGuinnis now for many many years for skin cancer. I grew up a redhead and time where there wasn’t anything you could put on your skin to keep from getting burned. Dr. McGuinnis is kind, polite, very professional, and has an excellent bedside manner. He is also very gentle wise and careful. I hope he never retires because he’s one of the nicest, right on point doctors that I have ever had! “My journey through an entire year of right shoulder chronic pain with Dr. Ian was both horrific and wonderful ... and I wouldn't change a thing. He was always compassionate, always "heard" me, and did not treat me with a surgeon's cookie-cutter (same for all patients) tactics to get me in/out of the operating room asap. He tried EVERYTHING (and I mean everything - even stuff I've never heard of before - AND would highly recommend) to avoid yet another major joint surgery for me (my 9th).
