K had virgin, uncut, very long hair, so she was understandably nervous to v try someone new. My usual colorist and stylist were unavailable, so I was searching Next Door to refer my daughter to. Prior to Krisi, my daughter went to someone a friend of mine referred me to- it was NOT good. The woman wasn’t able to speak English well enough to understand my daughter, even with the help of photos. Money down the drain…. 😫. K wasn’t happy, so she reached out to Krisi to “fix” the cut and color and it turned out AMAZING! Krisi was helpful, and genuinely wanted to create the look my daughter was paying for.
