“When no one else would... Let me preface this by saying I’m 29 years old and have had horrible teeth my whole life. I never smiled in pictures and covered my mouth when I talked to people. When no one else would even touch my case (yes it was that bad), Dr. Gandy and staff welcomed me with open arms. Other offices told me that I’d have to have 2 major surgeries before they’d even consider taking me on, and even then the chances were about 1%. Dr. Gandy committed to doing the best he could with my case, and let me know that results could be limited. Here I am a year+ later, not only am I getting close to being finished …. but he was able to do what everyone else has deemed impossible! I have straight teeth! My bite is getting to be almost perfect! My overall health has improved as a result! The results have NOT been limited! The passion and compassion he and his staff have are unparalleled. I can’t even call it customer service… I’d call it family service, because that’s exactly how great they treat you. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!”

“Natural Focus Dental is amazing with a caring staff! From the front door all the way to the dentist, I was impressed. The team made sure I was notified and reminded of my appointment (just like the rest of you all; life tends to get busy now days). My Hygienist, Sharese, made sure to tell me everything that she was going to do before she did it. This made me SUPER comfortable. She also completed one of the best cleanings that I have had to date. Dr. Wang, oh where do I start! She was personable, charismatic, and attentive to all of my needs. At the time I had a new crown which made my bite stronger on one side. Their bite analyzing machine was being worked on at the moment but, they made sure to get back with me to when it was fixed. Now I have a normal bite again and I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Natural Focus Dental! I highly recommend.”

“Well maintained spa with friendly staff. I was seated pretty quickly and asked to fill out some waivers before they took me to the changing room. However I did not see the owner/manager, there were 2 girls who seemed to be working there. So I do wish they greeted more professionally and went over the services I was suppose to receive and if there was anything else I wanted to add to my service. I would’ve also preferred a proper introduction to the person who assisted me for the day. The tea and baklava at the end of the service was very nice. I would suggest that they keep extra lotion or oil for people who don’t bring their own. And perhaps keep disposable hair brushes for people to use after the showers or atleast let them know that they don’t provide them either. Overall my expectations were a bit high for this place but I still found it to be relaxing. The girl who assisted me was very sweet but I could tell she’s very young and not very experienced. Maybe next time I’ll try their other services and see how that goes.”

There compassion and love of the animals they care for makes me feel like they love my cat as much as i do. There rates are another way to tell they do this for the love. “The most beautiful New school with all the high-end stuff for the students. But don't plan to play tennis here during the day, because the courts are built facing west to east with the sun directly in your face. It is impossible to see the ball. Many students would hate to play their matches here during the day. Why would one not considered this when building the courts? :(”
