There compassion and love of the animals they care for makes me feel like they love my cat as much as i do. There rates are another way to tell they do this for the love. “I went in for a flu shot at this location. It was on a Saturday morning, I was trying to go when my schedule allowed and they would not be too busy. I did try to schedule ahead of time on the website, but despite filling everything out and getting a confirmation email it was scheduled, the pharmacy didn't get that information and I had to fill out the papers and provide my insurance again- but no big deal. There was one pharmacist and he was having to manage the entire place, fielding questions from people who walked up, on the phone, at the drive through. Despite being pulled every direction he kept calm and was polite to everyone. When it was my turn and he gave me the flu shot, I didn't even feel it. It was the easiest one I have ever gotten.”

“I always bring my Lincoln MKX here. I’ll bring it here instead of the dealership to get an oil change. The service is very friendly and very quick. That’s technicians or a certified and we always get it right. Plus Walmart is always offering specials on oil changes. There is no other place where I bring my vehicle to get regular maintenance things taken care of. Being a local Frisco realtor I need to keep my car in great repair and that’s why I bring it here.”

“After not having the best first experience we did contact the cookie rack and they did offer to make it right. I am giving them four stars because 1) they actually responded to customer feedback which today is not the norm for any business, 2) they offered to comp us cookies but this was not our intent so we respectfully declined, and 3) they want to do the right thing by their customers which tells me they are empathetic and run their business ethically. We WILL absolutely give them another shot! The reviews across the board are too good for us to not!!!”
