Can I just say I think I have found the Holy Grail!!! I'm a CVS customer have been for almost 10 years. Decided to try CareOne out. Let me just say the best customer service ever! They are on top of your prescription, will also hand deliver it to your door! and the price is lower!! I will never use any other pharmacy ever again. They are wonderful!

HOLY COW!!!! Let me tell you, ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I recently moved up to North Dallas area, and had all my prescriptions transferred from my previous pharmacy. Upon moving I also had to get new insurance. My new insurance required prior authorization for a heart medicine that keeps my heart from racing 200+ bpm. I was down to my last dose, on a holiday weekend. Being in between doctors and it being a holiday weekend, prior authorization wasn't going to happen quickly enough to get my insurance to approve my medicine before my heart would start racing. CareOne Pharmacy worked with me,and got me my medication on credit while waiting for pre authorization so as to save me a trip to the hospital with arrhythmia . Now all I will have to do, is go make the co payment once pre-authorization goes through. Unless you've had arrhythmia with 200+ bpm, you have no idea how much pain and uncomfortableness they saved me. I will be transferring all my medication to them (also they are cheaper than CVS) and will be using them as long as i am living in the area. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH

I love this pharmacy?. They are very helpful, professional and personable. I received my prescription yesterday. It was delivered to my front door! I recently had foot surgery and couldn’t make it to the pharmacy for pick up. You don’t get watered down customer service here. They give you top notch service and respond to your request and concerns immediately. Please give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
