I’m new to the eyewear world and luckily ran into Enid. She was so helpful in explaining all things frames and lenses to me, as well as what insurance covers and how that process works specifically with frames and lenses.

Joyce is a charming lady whose customer service I love so much. She always help me to pick my glasses and follow up to ensures I am okay. I love her so much 😍

I came in to get my new lenses and Enid assisted me. She was entertaining and funny, and explained about my prescription and how that affects the shape of my frames. She definitely is amazing!!

Enid was amazing!! She fixed the broken screw in my glasses when I didn’t have a clue how to!! this was top notch level A+ customer service !! THANK YOU ENID!!

I visited on this Saturday and chosen a rimless frame . I ordered here before rimless. I am happy with my glass. Going to get prescription next week. The associates are very friendly and helpful.
