First time visiting this office; had a great experience no complaints or issues. Office staff was attentive and I didn’t have to wait long to be brought back to the exam room or for Dr. Herold to come in once the intake was done.

I'm an early 40's mother of 3 and recently had an unexpected trip to the ER. I was told I need a PCP so I called several offices and I was almost immediately turned off by the person taking the call or they were not accepting new patients. I made one more call and I hit the jackpot with this practice. From the first call, to the appointment, I felt at home. I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect and kindness. I met with the PA who listened to all of my concerns. The office staff quickly and professionally handled all of my referrals and follow up appointments. I feel like I am now on the path to better health and I could not be more confident in my choice for my PCP. Thank you for your exceptional level of health care!
