Connections Wellness is amazing. I highly recommend their treatment facility if you are suffering with any trauma, anxiety, depression, or any issues that need more intensive therapy. Their office is clean, modern, and a safe place to get the help you need. The staff truly cares about you as a person and has such empathy for your situation. They have invaluable resources and you are continuously learning new education, techniques, and coping skills. I can’t say enough about Katlyn, the group therapist, she’s amazing and will push you to be better. In addition, Dr. U. has a kind heart and truly cares about his patients. He takes time and teaches you about your medications and guides you through your struggles with his vast knowledge and experience. What I like best is that he listens to you and you work together to create a medication plan that will aid you in your recovery. He is by far the best Dr that has treated me this far. All in all, this place saved me from a dark place and after completing the program, I feel optimistic, empowered, and excited for a new chapter. You do have to put in the work, however, if you are willing to do so this place has a reputable therapeutic program that will make you better.

I came to Connections Wellness out of desperation for healing and much needed support. I was carrying a lot of past and current trauma and dealing with loss. I knew I needed help but was scared to get it. Upon entering the PHP program at connections I was met with kindness, compassion, support and a level of empathy and understanding I desperately needed. Between the group therapist, Katlyn, Dr. U and Shae I have received the support and compassion I really needed and am on my way to healing! Definitely reach out if you find yourself in the same place!

Everyone has struggles and some of us need help to get out of the dark and into the light. Connections Wellness did a great job helping me get out of a very dark place and into a better mindset. My counselor Katlyn was always considerate and helpful bringing new ideas and constructive feedback to help me on my journey. The staff was always friendly and welcoming every day.
