The medicine treats my restless leg so it’s pretty important that I take it or I will have a sleepless night. Anyway I called to check on it and the customer service rep, VALERIE, completely put my mind at ease, double checked my info, put me on automatic refill, thanked me, and even called me back because our phones got disconnected at the very end of our conversation. We came to Kelly Moore after a couple of failed attempts using our actual touch up paint from the builder since our paint is Kelly Moore brand. They have since made tiny little changes to the paint to try to get the absolute perfect match...never once frustrated with the process that was of no fault of their own...they just continued to give excellent customer service time after time. I came in today and once again, received the best customer service and we have finally got the perfect match! This location has the best customer service I have received in a long time from any company! We are so grateful for this business that was dedicated to helping us fix this issue from our builder so we wouldn’t end up needing to repaint our entire house!”

“Urban Buggy has been nothing but incredible since day 1. My cart is 2 years old not only did the build exactly what I wanted. They went out of their way to make sure it was finished enough for Halloween. Came back picked it up to finish it. Every year they do a brake adjustment for me abs check the alignment always stellar customer service. I just upgraded to lithium... it's screaming fast now! It was picked up and repaired and brought back same day. Clean, ready to go. The group the have in the shop building these sweet carts are honest with the highest level of integrity! I can not say enough good things about Urban Buggy, before you buy anywhere else give them a call!”
