I had called a number of potential installers who could not adequately describe the process for installing the more complicated operational shutters with hold-backs which are more common on the east coast or the south where hurricanes are prevalent than in Dallas. The Installation Nation team showed up on time and worked tirelessly and meticulously over 2 days to complete a perfect installation. They took the time to do the job right the first time, which was greatly appreciated by me as the shutters were custom ordered from another state. “Today for our family dinner we had the most amazing dining experience and we have our server Kaleb to thank for that. He was extremely attentive, patient, and absolutely pleasant. Making sure to get our orders just right, refilling our water and drinks before we ever had to ask, exchanging fun conversation and even though masked, he had a welcoming smile at every approach. Our food was good in typical Chili's fashion but it was Kaleb that made the experience outstanding. He shared with us his plans for his future and we can tell he is destined to do big things.
