“I am so thankful and want to share about the level of care given to my son at Excel Center. My son has been under the care of the administrative leadership and staff at Excel Center for mental health and this is his fourth visit. Most important is with each time that he is come he has made significant progress. He audibly uses some of the coping skills that they have instilled in him. And we understand that this is a journey. The staff listen they speak to us and not at us. My son feels safe, and heard which is important to his progress and growth. I have brought him back to Excel because the director Stacy has truly guided he and I on this journey toward wholeness with mental health care. It is also important that the provides a continuity of care. It is critical to me that everybody who comes in contact with my son understands and is willing to provide the level of support he needs given how they encounter him. Everyone has been excellent this includes the driver, the nurse, the doctor, and the therapists. Everyone there is truly offered support and affirmation. I have made several recommendations to other families who have had similar needs for mental health support and have brought their young people to the center and have come away with confidenc e.”

After going through about 6+ companies and the run around, scams, frauds, sabotage to my AC, I was referred to this company by a financing company. I feel like I hit the jackpot. This company did EVERYTHING right. My first call I spoke to Brandon and while we were on the phone, he sent out his guy (James) to measure the house for a new AC..what size I may need. This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break. They worked their butts off on getting that into my little closet. James checked in from time to time on that day as well as Brandon called to check on me and how things were going. Brandon listened to every single story and detail I had to say. I felt like I was number one throughout this entire process. I now have a new AC. “I first went to Jerry Whittle in May 2021 and I was greeted by Gary Carpenter. When I was at the dealership, there weren’t many boats due to the COVID-19 Boat Shortage. Gary wanted to make sure I got a boat that I wanted and within my price range. He did not try to pressure me in buying an expensive boat or shoo me away like other dealerships did. Gary kept in touch with me and showed me what inventory was coming. On May 4, 2022, my Qwest Pontoon finally came in fresh from the factory. We have a boat slip, and you are not obligated to buy a trailer with your boat. It saved us $5000, and the headache of trying to find somewhere to store the trailer. On May 4th, Monty and Jose took us out on our test drive and Monty taught us EVERYTHING about our boat. Jose also showed me how to properly secure the boat onto the trailer. Monty also delivered our boat to Richland Chambers Reservoir in Corsicana, Texas. He made it a priority to make sure the boat was secure in our slip and that it did not hit anything. He made many adjustments with the rope to make sure the boat was in perfect position. I highly recommend this dealership , and the fact that I did not have to buy a trailer and that they delivered my boat to Corsicana for free. I will be taking my boat here for service and will be buying my next boat here. Grade A customer service!”
