“I'll start with the pros: I love my doctor. I have been going to her for 12 years now. She always makes me feel very comfortable and as if she's taking my symptoms seriously. I also love my nurse practitioner. She always lets me know I can call her line if I have any questions that need immediate attention. Now the cons: front desk personnel could be friendlier. There are several that are very nice and several that are not very kind. However, I have empathy for them having to deal with sick/panicking patients all day. I've been there and I understand. They could all stand for some retraining.”

“Dr. Lansford has been my whole family's doctor for four years and she is great. She really tries to get all the information on what is going on to assess healing the whole, instead of just the symptom. She is great with prescribing medications that are tested and true and side effects known instead of using the "latest and greatest". She listens and isn't all about handing out pills to get you out of the office. We all love her.”

“I can't say enough praise about Dr. Dimartini. He is extremely bright and has expertise working both as GP and as hospital floor doctor. He has patiently and vigorously treated my Mother at Baylor Grapevine for several years. My Mother contracted West Nile Virus thirteen years ago. The virus did serious damage mentally, emotionally and physically as she has now become a double amputee due to the neuropathy in her brain. I tell all of this not to tell my Mother's story, but rather acknowledge and recognize the level of knowledge, care, insight, and vision Dr Dimartini has shown our family. No one else has been able to manage her long list of medications and was even successful in weening off medications that were doing more harm than good. Dr Dimartini in short is truly the best.”
