I lost my mom, fell very I'll and was hospitalized several times in the last year. They worked with me instead of just being all business and NO heart. The only thing I have left from my mom and grandmother is in a storage unit and because they have that heart I still have it. We immediately felt welcomed and assured we had made the right choice in renting here. I've rented in the past and did not get this type of treatment. She walked us to our space explaining the property entry and exit process down to the details of how the elevator works and the manner in which the lock on our door needed to be handled. “I saw Mary after a year and a half long break from salons after a terrible customer experience. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She had the utmost patience with me and my anxiety, and that's before we even get to the haircut. I'm not very picky and pretty bad on deciding the details, but she took the time to explain my options and helped me decide the best way to go. We shaved the side of my head and trimmed up the rest of my hair to maintain condition. Mary even offered me a line at the part, and it's honestly a wonderful touch. She did a gorgeous job of trimming and keeping as much length and texture as possible (at my request. I don't like blunt cuts on my hair). The results and experience exceeded my expectations entirely, and I didn't feel judged at all, which can be a struggle for some of us. I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror, and I'm so excited to go back sometime soon to get my hair colored.”
