My water heater went out, so we decided to upgrade to a tank-less system and added a Culligan filter to prevent buildup in the coils. “5 stars isn’t enough for R&M. It was 10pm, our mayfield toilet’s fill valve had broken. To make things worse the stop valve to the supply line would not shut the running water off. “Responsive, trusting and very hardworking! I used Vaughn AC Heating & Plumbing Service to replace (remove/install) a warrantied HVAC compressor. I had an inoperable A/C unit. I called Walt, the tech/owner(?), after waiting two days (literally, two days in the middle of the Summer heat) on another company (Daniel’s) to quote me out and schedule an appointment. Eventually, that company provided one and I felt the cost (parts and handling = $1795.00) was too high. Walt arrived 1hr after our first call and diagnosed the problem. I didn’t tell him what the other company quoted me at. Walt diagnosed the same cause (free of charge), quoted me $700 less than the first company and preformed the work that day. He’s a man of his word, I trusted him to complete the work while I ran errands and he never came back to me for up charges. He didn’t ask for any money down / no deposit...we had an agreement, something many other companies can’t seem to comprehend nowadays. I can’t say enough positives about this company. He preformed great work and the unit runs perfect! He was also very enjoyable to talk to...a Vietnam Vet, so please thank him for his service if you get a chance...thanks, Walt!”

“Jason and team were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, very knowledgeable, explained everything to make sure we understand what was happening. They are clearly passionate about what they do. One of the toilets we ordered from a home improvement store arrived with a seat that had scratches all over the lid. I shrugged it off because I was just happy to have a working toilet again. Jason was so committed to making sure we did not have any issues. He called the manufacturer and advocated for us. The manufacturer sent a new seat at no cost to us. Keep in mind, we ordered the toilet from a third party. Jason only called on our behalf because he wanted everything to be perfect for us.
