“It was very pleasant, eating area was very clean and so was the bathroom. We thought we might have to wait for our food since, the drive thru was busy. Since most businesses take care of the drive thru first. But we were wrong our food came quick and hot. We were getting ready to leave when a very nice gentleman (he had a beard) asked if we were done and if he could take our trash to the food receptacle (trash can).I haven't had a Whataburger Restaurant employee do that in a long time.”

“My mom suffered a fall on a Saturday and when she fell on the pavement her glasses scratched to the point where she could not see through them. We went to her former optical and they were not going to be able el help her until Tuesday. My mom is a teacher and works on assignments over the weekend for Monday’s virtual classes. She was devastated. I drove her to Stanton Optical at the fountains. Wow! What a difference. Jonathan demonstrated empathy and was able to set her up with the Dr. for an exam. We then went to select my moms glasses and that’s were we were introduced to Miss Nancy. She was very respectful, asked questions to my mom and we were both impressed with her ability to help us and the many other customers in the store. She was thorough with the paperwork and in the 2 weeks, we were able to pick up my moms prescription. It started with Jonathan setting the pace and handing us off to Nancy. Thank you both for showing how much you care for your customers and for making this an easy transition for my mom. She was and is very pleased. We will definitely be your customers for time to come.
